RETURN POLICY
Please note that not all items are covered by this return policy. Some manufacturers require that their items be handled directly by them. We suggest that you check the complete returns policy before making your purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
DOA/Defective products are allowed for return for replacement or credit.
All returns must be within 30 days of the invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
All sales on ALL lead order are final.
All returns must be in original factory cartons with all original packing materials.
All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included or you will be billed for the missing parts accordingly.
Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Any return sent back freight collect will be refused.
Return authorization must be received within 10 business days from the date of the RMA or the return will be refused.
All replacement merchandise is billed to your credit card (merchandise and tax if applicable, no freight). When defective merchandise is received, your credit card will be credited for the original merchandise amount.
All products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty.
All delivery digital media products downloaded and received are non-returnable after "unlock" and "registration" keys have been issued. In the case of a defect, ALL digital media products will replaced by America Web Works within a reseasonable period of time.
ELECTRONIC (DIGITAL) DELIVERY PRODUCTS
If the unit is defective: It has a one-year warranty.
GENERAL POLICIES
Special order items are not returnable. These special orders include all leads/subscriber bundle orders.
All unopened software may be returned for exchange within 30 days of invoice date. All opened software may not be returned for any reason.
All clearly marked discontinued items will not be accepted for return.
All replacement items will be shipped upon request for return authorization. You will be billed for the replacement (no freight) and will receive credit for the return. A new tracking number will be e-mailed to you when it ships.
All credits will be made back to the original payment method.
We will not be held responsible for you ordering the wrong product(s) all refusals will be credited minus the freight charges.
If a package arrives damaged, it is best if you refuse the package. If you sign for and keep the package, please make sure you notate the damage when you sign for it so that we may file a claim with the carrier in the event that the actual product you ordered was also damaged.
All non-defective returns for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
